About Us

 

Landcrest Ventures is a Texas land services and infrastructure firm focused on the land-side execution required for energy, utility, data center, industrial, and development projects.


We help developers, utilities, infrastructure firms, energy companies, data center groups, industrial users, and land-active investors identify, evaluate, contact, negotiate, and secure land opportunities across Texas. Our work includes easement acquisition, right-of-way acquisition, landowner outreach, parcel research, GIS-supported site screening, off-market site origination, site-control coordination, and project tracking.


As a Texas-registered Easement or Right-of-Way (ERW) service company, Landcrest is positioned to support utility, pipeline, fiber, access, drainage, energy, and infrastructure corridor work that requires organized landowner communication, tract-level status management, and disciplined document coordination.


Clients engage Landcrest when they need experienced project-based land support without building a full internal land team. We can enter at the beginning of a project to originate sites and build candidate parcel lists, or we can step in during active land acquisition to support outreach, negotiations, options, leases, purchases, easements, right-of-way agreements, and ongoing landowner relations.


Our role is to keep the land side of the project organized, responsive, and moving. We coordinate with title, legal, survey, engineering, environmental, utility, and development teams as needed while keeping clear records, open-item lists, tract status reports, and client-ready project updates.

Initial review of candidate parcels using public data, GIS tools, ownership information, aerial review, floodplain data, access conditions, utility context, transmission proximity, substation proximity, natural gas availability, fiber, water, wastewater, and other site constraints. 

Data Center & Industrial Site Support

Site origination and screening for power-heavy, infrastructure-sensitive, and large-acreage users, with emphasis on transmission proximity, substation context, fiber, water, access, land control, jurisdiction, and development risk.

Acquisition Tracking & Document Coordination

Tracking of parcel, easement, option, lease, purchase, or ROW status from outreach through execution, including contact logs, open-item lists, document routing, exception reporting, and client-facing acquisition trackers. 

Contract Land Staff Support

Flexible project-based land support for clients that need experienced land staff without permanent internal headcount. Services can be structured under MSA, task order, project assignment, or defined-scope engagement.

 Derrik is a Co-Founder of Landcrest Ventures with experience in Texas land, energy infrastructure, utility corridors, easement and right-of-way coordination, landowner outreach, GIS-supported parcel analysis, and site origination. Derrik focuses on land-side execution, parcel strategy, ERW support, and development-focused client service across Texas. 

Carl Dieckmann

 Carl is a Co-Founder of Landcrest Ventures with experience in commercial real estate, land development, acquisition strategy, client coordination, and structured land opportunities. Carl focuses on site strategy, developer relationships, project coordination, and acquisition support for infrastructure-driven development across Texas.
